Dont Leave Without A Spare, If A Belt Fails You Could Be Stranded For Days. These Are Not A Common Item. Dont Tempt Fate. Keep Spares In Your RV.
If Your Belt Fails It Can Affect Both Your Brakes And Steering Alongside Possible Engine Damage.
We will Need a VIN Number To Make Sure You Get The Correct Belt Or The Numbers Off Of The Old One. We Can Mail Out Internationally.

Placing an Order
Orders may be placed by telephone, fax, post, e-mail or on-line at wwwmobilerv.co.uk Your ability to provide us with part numbers and/or description using our website allow for swifter processing of your order. If the price list or website does not list the part that you require, or you are in need of technical assistance, please do not hesitate to telephone us between 9am-5pm Monday to Friday. And Saturdays 9 till 2pm (unless we are attending a show) we have a 24 hour answer machine, please leave us a message, and we will call you back.
Payment
All orders are charged in UK pounds sterling and payment can be made “on line” with our SAGEPAY” system which is totally secure, once you have logged in, it’s simple, and you have the ability to come back to our website and purchase again without having to inconvenience of having to put in your details again it is a “click to buy” system. You can also pay by cheque, debit card or credit card - we can accept VISA, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO cards. We can also accept cash payment if you are collecting your order in person from our business address or trade stand at a show. Mobile RV Maintenance reserve the right to amend pricing or specification of any of the parts listed in the price list or on the website without prior notice.
Shipping UK
We try wherever possible to despatch your order within 3 days of receipt, subject to stock availability. We always ship by First Class recorded delivery or carrier. You must make sure that someone is home at the given address as all deliveries MUST be signed for. The carrier’s hours of delivery are normally from 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday. Large bulky items carry an additional charge. All parcels delivered by carrier have to be signed for upon delivery. If you are out the carrier will leave a card for you to contact their depot to arrange a suitable delivery time. If you require your parcel to be diverted to a different address after we have shipped it an additional charge will be made. If you require urgent delivery of your order please call us and we will advise of any additional charge.
Shipping Overseas
We can arrange for orders to be shipped to certain European countries but please call us for details and charges. Deliveries to addresses outside of the EU (European Union) may incur import tax and duty, which are not covered by the shipping charge. Under these circumstances you must pay any charges of this nature in order to take delivery of your goods.
Discrepancies
Please check your goods thoroughly as any transit damage or shortages must be reported to Mobile RV Maintenance within 24 hours of receipt of your goods. No claims will be considered after this period. It is your responsibility to check that you have the correct goods and quantity ordered and that nothing is damaged. IF YOUR PARCEL LOOKS DAMAGED, OPEN IT WHILST THE CARRIER IS WITH YOU, AND SIGN FOR IT AS DAMAGED.
Returns
If you order or we supply incorrect parts, or you receive an item which is defective, please notify us before returning them. However, if we do not know who the part is from, or the invoice that it relates to, it is impossible to refund any money or provide a replacement. Therefore, please include purchase details within your package. Parts returned for credit that have been correctly supplied will be subject to a 15% handling charge. Please note that, with the exception of faulty items, no goods will be considered for credit which has been retained for longer than 14 days. Electronic parts are non refundable. Non-stock parts specifically ordered for you from our suppliers are non-returnable and payment in full at the time ordering is expected.
Opening Times
Although the majority of our business is mail order we do operate a sales counter at our premises but we can supply goods to personal callers by prior appointment only (just give us a call) Our hours of opening are: Monday to Saturday 9.00am till 4.00pm. The office will not be open on Sundays or when we are attending shows. We can be contacted by email at any time. We also have a 24 hour answer machine, please leave us a message, and we will call you back. We will always try to make exceptions to our opening times for emergency purchases, we are here to help.
