SHIPPING UK

FREE delivery applies to ALL orders for delivery to an address based on mainland UK.

We try wherever possible to despatch your order within 3 days of receipt, subject to stock availability. We always ship by First Class recorded delivery or carrier. You must make sure that someone is home at the given address as all deliveries MUST be signed for. The carrier’s hours of delivery are normally from 9am-5pm Monday to Friday. Large bulky items carry an additional charge. All parcels delivered by carrier have to be signed for upon delivery. If you are out the carrier will leave a card for you to contact their depot to arrange a suitable delivery time. If you require your parcel to be diverted to a different address after we have shipped it an additional charge will be made. If you require urgent delivery of your order please call us and we will advise of any additional charge.

SHIPPING OVERSEAS

If you are ordering for delivery outside of mainland UK you will need to continue with your order as normal and click “Get Quote”. We will contact you with an accurate delivery quote for your order based on the address you provide us when completing your details.

We can arrange for orders to be shipped to certain European countries but please call us for details and charges. Deliveries to addresses outside of the EU (European Union) may incur import tax and duty, which are not covered by the shipping charge. Under these circumstances you must pay any charges of this nature in order to take delivery of your goods.

DISCREPANCIES

Please check your goods thoroughly as any transit damage or shortages must be reported to Mobile RV Maintenance within 24 hours of receipt of your goods. No claims will be considered after this period. It is your responsibility to check that you have the correct goods and quantity ordered and that nothing is damaged. IF YOUR PARCEL LOOKS DAMAGED, OPEN IT WHILST THE CARRIER IS WITH YOU, AND SIGN FOR IT AS DAMAGED.

RETURNS

If you order or we supply incorrect parts, or you receive an item which is defective, please notify us before returning them. However, if we do not know who the part is from, or the invoice that it relates to, it is impossible to refund any money or provide a replacement. Therefore, please include purchase details within your package. Parts returned for credit that have been correctly supplied will be subject to a 15% handling charge. Please note that, with the exception of faulty items, no goods will be considered for credit which has been retained for longer than 14 days. Electronic parts are non refundable. Non-stock parts specifically ordered for you from our suppliers are non-returnable and payment in full at the time ordering is expected.
