What happens if I have ordered the wrong part?

If the part is a “stock” item we will give you a full “parts” refund after the goods are returned to Mobile RV undamaged & unused.

How long does a special order take?

If we have to order from the USA we usually get the parts in within 10-14 days.

If I order a part from the USA how do I know what the overall cost will be?

We will always quote you a price which will include all freight/duty and import expenses. We will only ever charge you an extra fee for UK delivery (postage) if you do not wish to collect in person.

How do I work out the costs for mobile servicing and repairs?

We usually only need a post code to work out a travel costing and with this we can usually tell you what a certain job is likely to cost (plus parts) please call us or email us for a quote and, don’t forget your postcode.
